Welcome to Parole! By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Use and to the applicable Apple App Store terms.
License
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Parole on compatible iOS devices. You may not copy, modify, distribute, resell, or create derivative works from the app.
In-app purchases
Parole offers optional purchases to unlock categories and features. Prices are shown in the App Store at the time of purchase. Payment, billing, and refund policies are managed by Apple. Purchased content is tied to your Apple ID and can be restored on compatible devices using the "Restore Purchases" option in the app.
Availability and updates
We may change, suspend, or discontinue app features at any time and release updates to improve the experience. You are responsible for keeping your iOS version compatible and up to date.
User conduct
- Do not attempt to access unauthorized areas or interfere with the app.
- Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the app.
- Use Parole legally and respectfully in any game setting.
Intellectual property
All rights in Parole (including brand, visuals, text, and technology) belong to the creator Bruno Muriel de Campos. These Terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.
Trademark notice
Parole is an independent game inspired by team word-guessing games. "Catch Phrase" is a trademark of its respective owner. This app is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by that owner.
Limitation of liability
Parole is provided "as is", without warranties of uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the app.
Termination
You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend access if you violate these Terms.
